1.1 Entering application for allotment of quarter
This software don’t take online application for quarter allotment. Applications are received by the department and manually entered in the system. Software generates receipt as output which can be handed over to applicant.
1.2 Generating Seniority List for Allotment
After the applications have been entered in the system. automatic seniority reports based upon Station seniority and service seniority can be generated. Which can be used in decision making for the allotment process.
1.3 Allotment of Quarter
Quarter allotment is offline. The competent authority for allotting quarter can take seniority list generated by the software into consideration and decide allotment manually on pen and paper.
1.4 Exchange and Extension of allotment of Quarter
Feature for adding exchanges for an allotment is provided. After allotment all exchanges can be recorded. Similarly a allotment can be extended by the department and entry can be made in the software.
1.5 Report on pending occupations
For allotted quarters software generates report for pending occupancy. Action like revoking allotment can be taken if quarter is not occupied within stipulated time period.
