ln order to prevent the. possibility of outbreak and spread of COVID-L9(Corona-Virus), it is hereby notified that during RTI related court hearing casesnumber of persons appearing is to be minimized to 2(two) for each case, i.e. onePIO/Respondent and one appellant or their Advocate if any. The court room &office premises have to be sanitized before and after the hearing. The PlOs andAppellants are also requested to maintain a safe distance during the hearing.
